At Rock Solid Warrior we turn an afternoon at the gym into a safe, challenging, and fun-filled adventure for kids and adults alike, no matter your skill level.

We’re the premier Southern Wake County home of ninja warrior obstacle course racing, offering classes and competitions, camps and private events as well as open gyms. Memberships available and drop-ins are equally welcome!

Ninja Warrior Style Obstacle Courses

A robust training center for all levels of obstacle course racing, and all types of ninja warriors: kids starting from 5 years old; adults who want to turn fitness into an adventure; and aspiring Ninja Warrior and Junior Ninja Warrior competitors.
