Jennifer Pittman officially joined the Rock Solid Warrior team in May 2025, but her connection to the community began long before that. A dedicated “ninja mom,” Jennifer has been involved with RSW since Fall 2022, when her family attended their first open gym. She quickly became a regular, spending so much time at the gym with her kids that it felt like a second home. So, when a position opened up that seemed like the right fit, she was excited to officially join the team and be a part of such an inspiring company.
As the Marketing Assistant for the Fuquay location, Jennifer focuses on sharing the heart of the ninja community with the public, helping families and individuals feel informed, connected, and welcomed. Whether it’s through creative outreach or behind-the-scenes support, she brings a purposeful energy to everything she does.When asked what she loves most about working at Rock Solid, Jennifer doesn’t hesitate: “The people, the positive energy, the support, and the community that make up Rock Solid.” It’s a perfect match for who she is —committed, encouraging, and purposeful, qualities that shine through in everything she does as part of the Rock Solid team.
Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid gardener focused on native pollinator species, a watercolor hobbyist, a voracious reader, and an adventurer at heart. She and her family are on a mission to hike every North Carolina State Park—Grandfather Mountain’s Ruff Ridge Trail is among their favorites. Caring for her family is one of her greatest joys, and she pours that same dedication into every aspect of her life. Jennifer continues to teach for Campbell University and NCVPS, directs for Classical Conversations, and homeschools her four children. She lives by the words of Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” This foundation inspires her purposeful, encouraging spirit that resonates throughout her work and life.
