Victoria (Tori) joined the Rock Solid team in December 2024 while seeking a part-time job to help her achieve the goal of purchasing her first townhome. Drawn in by the positive, energetic atmosphere and the welcoming nature of the coaches, she quickly became a valued member of the weekend crew.

Since coming on board, Tori has contributed greatly by working events and serving as a party coach, bringing enthusiasm and warmth to every interaction. She describes the staff as her favorite part of Rock Solid—appreciating the fun, supportive environment and the joy of working alongside such a dedicated team. The children are another highlight for her, as their energy and constant chatter bring life and excitement to her weekends.

Before joining the staff, Tori was already part of the Rock Solid community as a participant in the adult ninja classes, which she began attending in 2023 and continues to enjoy today. These classes have helped her grow stronger, develop new skills, and challenge herself with ever-evolving obstacles—her favorite being laches. Beyond the gym, Tori pursues a variety of active interests including Spartan races (5K, 10K, and soon potentially a 21K/half marathon), surfing (since 2018), and spending time on fun adventures with friends. Athletics have always played a central role in Tori’s life. She has a background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and lacrosse.

Tori is widely admired for her caring and compassionate nature, combined with a vibrant and outgoing personality. These traits have shone through not only at Rock Solid but also in her previous roles, including as a gymnastics coach at the YMCA and Performance Gymnastics, and as a childcare provider at several daycares—including her current position at First Baptist.

She finds inspiration in the words of Walt Disney: “If you can dream it, you can do it,” and in her faith, quoting Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
