Brett Strong

Brett is an incredible ninja and a great coach!  He’s watched every episode of American Ninja Warrior and his dream came true when got called to compete in seasons 13 & 14 of American Ninja Warrior!  In his first appearance on ANW, he was identified as “B. Strong” and a nominee for “Rookie of the Year”, though he is no rookie to the sport.  He has been competing in the sport since 2016, and has been working for Rock Solid Warrior since 2019.

In his first ANW episode, he became the shortest person ever to make it up the 18’ Megawall.  He went on to qualify for the finals in Las Vegas.  And, he got the Megawall again in Season 14.  He was also one of 3 of Rock Solid’s coaches to finish in the top 10 in the pro division at the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) World Finals in 2021 with teammates Josh Auer and Jeshuah Lewis.

Brett’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious.  He has been a big contributor to our obstacle and course designs.  And, Brett is one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet.

For several years as a full-time college student during the week, he regularly drove back to town to work Friday evenings, staying long after hours to do his own serious training (with Josh and whoever else could keep up with him) and have courses ready for the competition team on Saturday morning.

After graduating college with a Business degree with a focus on Marketing, Brett has taken over our social marketing, while still being involved in coaching.
