Caleb comes from a long line of McLeods who have worked at Rock Solid Warrior. Both his siblings Andrew McLeod and Abbie McLeod (now Abbie Baker!) have held leadership positions at our company, and Caleb is following in their footsteps! Caleb regularly leads our special events and serves as a Party Host on the weekends. He joined us in May of 2022 as his first official job outside of lawn/yard care, and says that he loves the environment and his co-workers, and the ability to stay fit, play with kids, and interact with a lot of people while at work.
Caleb was able to do a 10-foot lache soon after joining us as a ninja, and has progressed to a 13-foot lache! He is an avid runner, having competed in Cross Country for five years, including his highschool years. His farthest run is 18 miles, and he’s officially run 2 half-marathons. His strong legs help him do our 18-foot mega wall!
Caleb is a favorite coach among our day camp and class kids. Caleb has several younger siblings, and knows how to entertain and play games with the kids. They like watching him solve different Rubik cubes, and think Coach Caleb is hilarious. Those who work with him also appreciate his competence, especially his super fast computer skills, and think he is bright and fun.
When Caleb isn’t at Rock Solid, he’s continuing schooling at Wake Tech after graduating High School in 2024. He also enjoys Disc Golf, and plays drums and guitar. Caleb’s life verse is Galatians 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
