Jeshuah Lewis became well known in the Ninja community as the ninja who climbed ropes with his toes (ask him about it sometime).  His family of eight spent more than a year in an RV traveling all over the country.  As part of that adventure, they spent much of their time training, competing, and serving in as many Ninja Gyms as possible.  They also attended just about every American Ninja Warrior filming as an audience member in Season 11 (2019). Jeshuah has known the Auers for many years, and we recruited him from the day we knew we were opening our first gym, finally getting him off the road in early 2020 to join our Rock Solid team.

Through his athleticism and experience, he just about always places near the top whenever he competes including ANW Season 12, where he made it to the final round.  In 2021, he was one of three of Rock Solid’s coaches that finished in the top 10 of the pro division of the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA) World Finals – finishing 5th – along with Josh Auer and Brett Strong.

Jeshuah has a servant’s heart, a joking sense of humor, and many other talents.  Shortly after joining us, his leadership potential became obvious.  He started heading up our Rock Solid Ninja Kids program in Clayton in 2021, and then took on the Ninja Experience Director role of our Fuquay facility as we prepared to open up our South Apex location. He loves working with our Competition Team in Fuquay, where many of the kids say that Jeshuah is their favorite coach. Seeing the kids’ faces light up when they conquer a skill, and the relationships that he’s built with the kids throughout the years, are what make Jeshuah’s work here incredibly rewarding.

In addition to overseeing our coaches and leading many of our unique offerings, he spends a lot of time maintaining and building many of the obstacles you’ll love to try out!

Jeshuah’s newest accomplishment is that he was certified this Summer as an “International Technical Official” for the growing sport of ninja. This certification allows him to coach all over the world, and at huge competitions like the Olympics! Jeshuah hopes to be a judge in the Olympics as it’s in the works for “Ninja” to be added to the Summer games!
