Meagan has been described as a “ray of sunshine”! She is authentic, bubbly, encouraging, and is quickly becoming a top female ninja in our area! Meagan has previous experience with dance for three years, gymnastics for a year, and then was involved in the swim team for five years before switching to theatre! Meagan brings her athletic skills to the table as she coaches the kids and participates in adult classes. She’s never met a stranger, and is very loving and personable to everyone she meets. She’s been training in Ninja since October of 2023, and has already qualified for the Ninja Carolina League finals! She loves that Ninja and doing competitions has pushed her past her comfort zone, and helped her to push through her mental blocks. She thinks the adult class and ninja community is awesome, and it’s great how hard they push each other.
Meagan fills a lot of roles at our South Apex facility. She helps with day camps, post-care, and coaches our Mini Ninja, Level 1, and Strong Like a Girl classes. She’s also recently joined our Weekend Crew and our Event Coordinating team, and we are so excited to have her in this new position!
Meagan has past work experience as a nanny, babysitter, Chick-Fil-A crew member, and swim instructor, which is what makes her such a great coach! She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and just being outdoors when she’s not training at the ninja gym!
Some of Meagan’s favorite things about working here are getting to build relationships with the kids in day camp and classes. She loves their hugs and encouraging words. She also loves the positive environment and knows that it’s not something to be taken for granted! She was happy to find a place where she could work with her brother, Ethan, and also share Christ’s love to others. Meagan has strong leadership skills, and is excited that this is a company where she can grow professionally as well as personally. God has opened and closed a lot of doors for her over the last few years, and we’re excited that the open doors led her here!
Meagan loves the quote from Corrie Ten Boom: “Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God.”
We know that Meagan has a very bright future in store for her!
