Phillip has known the Auer family his whole life, and was one of Coach Josh Auer’s original ninja training partners on the Auer’s backyard rig. He also helped with the construction of Rock Solid Fuquay back in 2019. Besides his long history with ninja and the Auer family, Phillip is one of many siblings, and loves working with children, which was a real draw for him to come work at Rock Solid Warrior in February of 2025. He said he really enjoys the people he works with and how friendly everyone is here.
Phillip currently works as a Mini and Level 1 Coach at our South Apex location. He’s also competing again in this currently Ninja Carolina League Beginner Season! Phillip has done ninja on and off for seven years, and has always worked out and exercised for as long as he can remember. He also played on a paintball team for four years.
Besides Phillip’s athletic experience and construction experience, he has work experience as the Back of the House Manager at Chick-fi-A for four years. Phillip has already proved how hard-working he is, and how good he is with kids. He’s getting rave reviews as one of our newest coaches!
