Tracey lives by the words from Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” And we truly believe that Tracey is our very good gift from God!! As Hope Peterson realized she needed to step back from her role in order to have a baby, the staff prayed to find a candidate with previous event experience who already knew something about our company and our mission. Tracey happened to be looking for a part-time job at the same time as her season of homeschooling her kiddos was coming to an end and she was sending a son off to college. The timing could not have been more perfect to onboard Tracey and have her join our team!
If you think Tracey looks a bit familiar, it’s because you’ve probably seen her around before! Her three daughters work with us at Rock Solid Warrior! Hannah (Cardin) Auer is our Apex Operations Manager, Grace Cardin is one of our Party Hosts, and Elizabeth Cardin is a coach of all trades! We love bringing more family into the business!
Tracey is so friendly, calm, and works hard and fast! Just like her daughter, Hannah Auer, she is gracious to all, and you can see how much she loves God! Tracey is helping us in our day camps, as well as working our events and weekends. You may have already met her at our WinterFest events or our parades!
Tracey comes to us with a large variety of special skills! She’s been a homeschooling mom and teacher for thirty years for her seven children! She also got an Associates Degree in Musical Theater, and did some professional Musical Theater, too! She worked as an assistant in a Public Relations Firm in Florida, and has helped cater large events and weddings. (She even helped cater for Hope Peterson’s wedding!) She’s also a beautiful artist and enjoys hand lettering and water color painting. While we haven’t dragged Tracey on to the ninja course yet, Tracey was a cheerleader in high school, as well as a dancer in her musical theater productions, and to this day she loves aerobic workouts.
Tracey just joined us in October of 2024, but has already helped throw an amazing Christmas party and helped us with all of the five parades we’ve done this year! Tracey already loves the community here at Rock Solid, and loves how it provides opportunities for young people to grow. She also is very blessed by the encouragement of the staff, and how much people want to work together as a team and grow together to bless the community. And Tracey is jumping right into that role, too! We are so thankful to have you join us, Tracey!
