Wesley’s favorite thing about working at Rock Solid is that he gets to combine the sport that he loves with his work so that he gets to work and train at the same time. He has also appreciated the environment and the positive role models he’s had through his time here as a ninja student and now a ninja coach. Wesley started as an employee here in September of 2024, and currently works as a class coach and a weekend events coach.
Wesley has been a ninja for almost three years, and is currently on our Competition Team, as well as a Pro-Level Competitor. He’s proud of the fact that it only took him 4 months to get the “lightning bolts” obstacle, and the fact that he placed top 12 in a Ninja Sports Championship Competition in South Carolina!
Before starting ninja, Wesley played baseball for seven years, did golf for two years right before switching to ninja, and did tennis and basketball. Wesley also worked as a Swim Instructor at Goldfish Swim School, and has volunteered often at his church, as well as going on several mission trips. A fun fact about Wesley is that he’s played piano for eleven years, and often plays in his church’s youth band.
One of Wesley’s favorite verses is 1 Peter 2:9: “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
Wesley is an awesome contribution to the team, and we are so thankful for his hard work and his efforts!
