Ninja Carolina League – Spring Season for Beginners

Beginning Ninjas, have we got the opportunity for you!

, Rock Solid WarriorOur Ninja Carolina League has always been beginner friendly, being one of the only regional leagues in the country that offers both beginner and advanced divisions in every age group.  In 2025, we’re doing even more for beginners!

For the 2024-25 season, we decided to shorten our Fall/Winter season as many of our advanced ninjas focus on the national and international competitions as the spring begins.  But we didn’t forget about the beginners who aren’t ready to compete at that level…

In 2025, we’ve added a Spring Season just for “Beginners only”.  (NOTE: anyone who competed in an advanced division in the Fall/Winter season cannot compete in the beginner divisions in the Spring season).   So whether you’ve never competed in the Ninja Carolina League, or just got your feet wet as a beginner in the Fall/Winter season, we’ve got competitions coming up just waiting for you!  All dates are tentative until a Ninja Master Link has been established (hopefully very soon, however if you are planning ahead:

February 8 – Warrior Zone  Winterville, NC
March 1 – USA Ninja Challenge – Durham, NC – 15U and under
March 15 – Rock Solid Warrior – Fuquay Varina, NC
March 22 – Warrior Tech Raleigh – Raleigh, NC
March 29 – Sumter Ninja Warrior – Sumter, SC
April 12 – Rock Solid Warrior – Apex, NC
April 26 – Finals – TBD

Check out our competition calendar that we keep as up to date as possible for all sorts of Ninja Sport competitions of interest.

We generally don’t recommend competing in the sport until some basic level of accomplishment in Ninja Skills are achieved.  At Rock Solid Warrior, that’s typically someone who has been advancing in our Level 2 classes for kids, or our Ninja Fit and Adult Classes. However, if you are still in Level 1, and recognize that you probably won’t end up on the podium and want to get a taste for what a Ninja Carolina League competition is like, you are certainly welcome to try it out.

If you’ve never competed before, check out our “What to Expect at Your First Ninja Competition” video!

We hope to see you out there, soon!
